On this familiar land, our "Chain Select Easy Rent" model has grown from a sprouting seed into a robust framework. Across the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, our equipment has contributed to the construction of hundreds of projects. More importantly, we have earned the trust of over a hundred pioneering clients, delivered hundreds of orders, and refined our model through real-world practice.
Behind the numbers lie deeper reflections and actions. We must clearly recognize that the fundamental rules of the industry are undergoing a transformative shift. We are not merely navigating a cyclical downturn that can be "weathered out," but standing at the starting point of a necessary "survival migration." The future path lies in building a new ecosystem: refining the aspects you excel in to become core nodes, while opening the gaps you lack to the most specialized partners, creating networked collaboration. Through specialized division of labor, digital connectivity, and transparent distribution rules, we aim to establish the most efficient, cost-effective, and user-friendly device service ecosystem within the domestic market. Our gratitude goes to all our domestic colleagues, whose professional dedication and relentless efforts have meticulously turned this blueprint into reality.
After the "breakthrough" in 2024 and the "accumulation" in 25 years have enabled us to stand firm, then in 2026, our theme will be "comprehensive acceleration and concentrated breakthrough". This requires our vision to deepen domestic ecological construction while exploring broader international markets. This also requires us to demonstrate unprecedented action strength and speed on both domestic and international battlefields. The ship that integrates international leasing and sales of multiple categories of construction machinery has set sail. We need to not only bring high-quality equipment from China to the world, but also expand our business concept overseas. What we need to do is to create an international version of the "Chain Select Easy Rent" ecosystem: through deep localization integration, we aim to build a "symbiotic" ecosystem that integrates equipment leasing, multi category trade, digital empowerment, and localized services. Our goal is not only to share the cake of the localized market, but also to create a new set of "pastry formulas" and "table manners" with local partners. We need to work together with global partners to create new value highlands and game rules. Personally verify and acknowledge the "system level advantages" of China's construction machinery industry in high-end equipment, digital management, and global supply chain collaboration. Truly achieving our company's vision and goal: upgrading the construction machinery industry in China. We are committed to becoming the most reliable and comprehensive engineering machinery solution partner for local customers. The road ahead is bound to be full of unknowns and challenges, but it also means infinite opportunities and possibilities, which test the wisdom and courage of our team.
At this moment, my heart is filled with gratitude. I want to thank every colleague who has stood firm on the front line. You are the guarantors of the efficient operation of the company. From Shenzhen to Shanghai, from Hong Kong to Dubai, from the Philippines to Vietnam, from Singapore to Mumbai, from Riyadh to Kenya, no matter where you are in any position, no matter where you are, you are the most solid builders of the name "Juyi".
